Hormel Foods Corporation, a Fortune 500 global branded food company, recently announced that Vice President of Digital Experience Leslie Lee has been named one of Progressive Grocer magazine’s 2023 Top Women in Grocery.

Under Lee’s leadership, Hormel Foods has invested heavily in its omnichannel approach. She successfully combines customer and consumer insights with the latest technology to deliver exceptional experiences across all sales touchpoints. Lee was able to drive the company’s growth on key initiatives, including the creation of an internal search strategy team and a digital content syndication process, her efforts leading Hormel Foods to record online sales in 2022.
