Fort Wayne, Ind. (WANE) – Once a month during the summer you can enjoy lunchtime entertainment outside the Allen County Public Library.

Anyone planning a lunch in downtown Fort Wayne during “Music in the Square” can listen outside the main ACPL branch during June, July and August from 11:30am to 1:30pm Enjoy your meal while listening to the music of a local band.

On Wednesday, the crowd enjoyed the June event. Food trucks will also be available for food purchases.

Here is the lineup for Square Music:

  • June 14: old crown brass band
  • July 12: Whoa, man!
  • August 2: Fort Wayne Funk Orchestra

Saturday night’s entertainment kicked off with “Rock in the Square”.Every Saturday through July 29, local artists will perform at Library Square from 6pm to 10pm

Here’s the lineup for Rock the Plaza:

  • June 17: Mighty McGuiggans, Nate Shultz, Zen BBQ, LA Galaxy
  • June 24: Juniper Pass, Todd Staszak, Austin & the Avenue, Phil Schurger’s Sungate
  • July 1: Sum Morz, Maleena Felger, Chris Hambrick, Alicia Pyle and locals
  • July 8: Middle name, next-gen jammer, crazy, wow!man
  • July 15: Radio Repeat, Tone Junkies, URB, Moser Woods
  • July 22: The Keystones, JJ & McRae, Jonah Leatherman, Sunglasses Night
  • July 29: Hustle54, Mike Conley, Sam Trowbridge Band, Phil’s Family Lizard
